The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in operations. This role is pivotal in optimizing supply chain performance and implementing strategic initiatives to improve logistics and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal pricing and quality.
- Oversee inventory management and forecasting to minimize excess stock and stockouts.
- Utilize ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, and Oracle to streamline operations and reporting.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and create reports using pivot tables to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Six Sigma and APICS practices.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards in all supply chain activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics roles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills including pivot tables.
- Certification in APICS or Six Sigma is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive operational improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships.
