Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of construction projects
- Supervise project teams and subcontractors to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Monitor project progress and perform regular site inspections
- Coordinate schedules and procurement of materials and equipment
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals are met
- Implement safety protocols and ensure adherence to regulations
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports for project performance
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and safety regulations
- Experience managing commercial and civil projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
