The Superintendent will oversee construction projects within K-12 and healthcare sectors, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role requires effective management of on-site operations, coordination with subcontractors, and communication with project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of construction projects from start to finish.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other relevant parties.
- Monitor project progress, schedule, and budget, making adjustments as necessary.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Prepare and submit reports on project status to stakeholders and upper management.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the job site.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all project activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, specifically in K-12 and healthcare projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
