We are seeking an experienced Superintendent for our Multifamily construction projects. This project will be based in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of multifamily construction projects
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure project compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers
- Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management
- 3 years of experience as a Superintendent in ground-up multifamily construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management techniques
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Procore experience
- Certification in OSHA 30 is a plus
- Experience with ground-up construction and design-build projects is desirable
