Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Superintendent to run on-site operations for multifamily construction projects. This position is perfect for:

• An assistant superintendent with multifamily experience ready to lead their own site.
• A single-family superintendent eager to transition into multifamily construction and take the next step in their career.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations for multifamily construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment to maintain schedules.
• Monitor progress, quality control, and enforce safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues quickly.
• Conduct regular site meetings and inspections, maintaining accurate records.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3 years of construction experience (multifamily experience preferred).
• Experience as a superintendent or assistant superintendent on construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
