Position Overview
The Superintendent - Heavy Civil will oversee construction projects in the heavy civil sector, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various teams, managing resources, and maintaining safety practices on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage heavy civil construction projects, including roads, bridges, and utilities.
• Coordinate daily activities and schedules of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on the job site.
• Monitor project progress and report on status to management.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Conduct inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain communication with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in heavy civil construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety standards.
• Familiarity with Procore or similar project management software.
• Experience with underground utilities, stormwater management, water main, and sewer systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
