Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage heavy civil construction projects, including roads, bridges, and utilities.
- Coordinate daily activities and schedules of construction workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on the job site.
- Monitor project progress and report on status to management.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Conduct inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain communication with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in heavy civil construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety standards.
- Familiarity with Procore or similar project management software.
- Experience with underground utilities, stormwater management, water main, and sewer systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
