Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent for Federal Projects to oversee and manage construction operations for various federal clients including USACE, NAVFAC, NASA, and the Air Force. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of federal construction projects
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality control standards
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities to maintain project schedules
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to specifications
- Manage and maintain documentation related to project activities and quality control measures
- Provide leadership and mentorship to site personnel and promote a positive work environment
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on federal construction projects
- Strong knowledge of USACE, NAVFAC, NASA, and Air Force construction standards
- Experience in quality control management (QCM) and safety supervision (SSHO)
- Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- OSHA certification and relevant safety training

Salary : $115,000 - $130,000
