Location: Denver, CO 
Salary:$100K-$160K base (salary depends on experience)

Position Overview
Experienced Superintendent to lead on-site operations for commercial construction projects, ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality and client satisfaction. This role oversees daily field crews and subcontractors, enforces safety and quality standards, coordinates with project leadership and design teams, and supports projects across sectors including ground-up and design-build work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities across commercial projects, ensuring work is sequenced and executed according to schedule and contract documents.
• Direct and supervise field crews, subcontractors, and vendors; enforce performance, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Estimators, Superintendents, and design teams to resolve technical issues and maintain project milestones.
• Review and interpret drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders; ensure accurate implementation in the field.
• Maintain daily logs, progress reports, manpower and equipment records, and document jobsite conditions.
•  Owner relationships through professional communication and timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications

• 3 years of commercial construction superintendent experience 
• Experience across one or more sectors: Industrial, Retail, Healthcare, Multi-Family/Multifamily, Residential, Hospitality/Hotel, Office, Restaurants, Warehouse, Medical/Health Care/Clinic/Hospital, K-12 education.
• Hands-on experience with Ground-Up construction and Design-Build delivery preferred.
• Experience leading projects with $10M-$30M
