Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
- Manage subcontractors and labor force, ensuring they adhere to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
- 3 years of proven experience as a Superintendent at a commercial general contractor
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, labor management and relevant regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam or similar
- BS in Construction Management or similar preferred or relevant field experience
