This role will oversee the entire ASIC design process, from RTL design to final tape-out, ensuring that we meet our project goals and timelines while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of ASIC design engineers in the development of CPU IP.
- Define and drive microarchitecture specifications and design methodologies.
- Oversee RTL design, verification, and synthesis processes to ensure high-quality ASIC designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CPU designs into larger system architectures.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet engineering and business objectives.
- Mentor and develop engineering talent within the team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in ASIC design with a focus on CPU or related technologies.
- Strong expertise in microarchitecture, RTL design, and verification processes.
- Experience with RISC-V architecture is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in engineering management and team leadership.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
