Sr. ASIC Design Engineering Manager - CPU

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. ASIC Design Engineering Manager focused on CPU design to lead our engineering team in the development of cutting-edge microarchitecture for advanced CPU solutions. This role will oversee the entire ASIC design process, from RTL design to final tape-out, ensuring that we meet our project goals and timelines while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of ASIC design engineers in the development of CPU IP.
• Define and drive microarchitecture specifications and design methodologies.
• Oversee RTL design, verification, and synthesis processes to ensure high-quality ASIC designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CPU designs into larger system architectures.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet engineering and business objectives.
• Mentor and develop engineering talent within the team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in ASIC design with a focus on CPU or related technologies.
• Strong expertise in microarchitecture, RTL design, and verification processes.
• Experience with RISC-V architecture is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in engineering management and team leadership.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
