We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee retail construction projects across various locations. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all phases of retail construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for upper management.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are understood and executed properly.
- Manage on-site personnel and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
- Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in retail construction, with a focus on multi-site projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to travel frequently to different construction sites as required.
- Experience with Autozone or similar retail construction projects is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Salary : $120,000 - $135,000
