Key Responsibilities
- Manage site development projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather essential data for project planning.
- Prepare and review project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with local authorities for zoning, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and project staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Engage with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to facilitate project success.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Implement quality assurance measures to ensure project specifications are met.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on environmental regulations and ensure all projects comply with applicable laws.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in site development and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other civil engineering software.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and zoning laws.
- Experience in construction management and contract negotiation.
- Excellent skills in cost estimation and budget management.
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder engagement and team leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on risk management.
