Requirements: 10 Years Experience as Project Manager on commercial or industrial projects
This is a permanent position for a well established Design/Build General contractor with many current and upcoming projects.
We are currently hiring for both a senior Project Manager and an experienced Project Executive.
This person will be primarily focused on ground-up commercial or industrial projects exceeding $20M . This person will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction including planning, budgeting, and execution.

- Oversee all phases of the project and ensure successful completion including planning, budgeting, and execution
- Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure it is within estimated timeline and budget
- Review and approve project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans
- Anticipate potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and disruptions
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, etc.
- 10 years in a Project Manager role at other General Contracting companies
- Experience on multiple ground-up projects exceeding $30M
- MUST HAVE experience on projects related to Industrial / Tilt-Wall Construction
- Background on projects in either commercial, industrial, or related
- Strong understanding of Construction documents
- Ability to manage medium and large-scale projects
