- Manage procurement processes including construction estimating and HeavyBid analysis to secure materials at optimal costs.
- Track project milestones using tools like Civil 3D and Construction scheduling software; adjust plans proactively to mitigate delays.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in project coordination on large-scale projects.
- Extensive knowledge of construction site operations, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other construction management software.
- Demonstrated ability in contract negotiation and administration within the construction industry.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels.
