We are a well established Design/Build General contractor with many current and upcoming projects.
We are currently hiring for an experienced senior project manager but we are open someone at the PX level. This person will be primarily focused on ground-up commercial or industrial projects exceeding $20M . This person will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction including planning, budgeting, and execution.

- Oversee all phases of the project and ensure successful completion including planning, budgeting, and execution
- Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure it is within estimated timeline and budget
- Review and approve project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans
- Anticipate potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and disruptions
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, etc.
- 10 years in a Project Manager role at other General Contracting companies
- Experience on multiple ground-up projects exceeding $30M
- Background on projects in either commercial, industrial, or related
- Strong understanding of Construction documents
- Ability to manage medium and large-scale projects
