Senior Project Manager (Airport Terminal)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage the development and construction of airport terminal projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation infrastructure, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of airport terminal projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
• Oversee construction planning, design, procurement, and execution phases to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare comprehensive progress reports for stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure smooth operations and successful project outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the project team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, specifically in airport terminal or aviation projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required; Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction planning, design processes, and procurement strategies.
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects with a focus on airport infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
