Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical malpractice and elder abuse cases, with extensive litigation and trial experience. This position is critical in managing complex cases and providing strategic legal counsel to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex litigation matters, focusing on medical malpractice and elder abuse cases.
• Develop and implement legal strategies for trial preparation and proceedings.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court and during mediation and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure cohesive case management and support.
• Advise clients on legal rights, options, and the potential outcomes of cases.
• Stay updated on legal developments and changes in legislation affecting relevant practice areas.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active state bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on medical malpractice and elder abuse.
• Proven trial experience with a strong track record of successful outcomes.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
