Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent work experience
• NCIDQ is a plus
• Advanced Computer and Information Management Skills (AutoCAD, Revit)

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual development of interior design projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee multiple interior design projects simultaneously, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Serve as the primary interior design contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations.
• Develop detailed interior design documentation including plans, elevations, sections, and specifications.
• Collaborate with architectural teams to integrate interior design seamlessly into overall building design.
• Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies.
• Conduct design reviews to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to firm standards.
