We are seeking an experienced Estimator to support a growing commercial construction team with strong expertise in technical, complex, and renovation driven projects across Colorado. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can accurately price projects involving mechanical, electrical, plumbing, specialized buildouts, and commercial renovations. The work includes aviation, healthcare, restaurant, hospitality, and specialty commercial scopes, which require careful coordination and detailed cost analysis. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed estimates, quantity takeoffs, and cost breakdowns for commercial projects
• Evaluate drawings, specifications, trade inputs, and site conditions
• Coordinate with project managers, preconstruction teams, and subcontractors
• Analyze market conditions, labor factors, and material pricing specific to Colorado
• Support budgeting, value engineering, and bid proposal development

Requirements:

• 3 or more years of estimating experience in commercial construction
• Strong understanding of technical scopes such as MEP, fire life safety, and specialty buildouts
• Ability to manage multiple bids with tight deadlines
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with renovation work, tenant improvements, or highly technical facilities is a plus
