You will have the independence to lead projects from their initial conception through to final delivery, ensuring every technical "i" is dotted and every regulatory "t" is crossed.

Your Impact

• End-to-End Ownership: Take the lead on diverse government and private sector projects, managing everything from initial scope definition to successful commissioning.

• Technical Trouble-Shooting: Use your analytical skills to diagnose and resolve design constraints and system conflicts in real-time.

• Team Mentorship: Act as a technical pillar for the firm, guiding junior staff and fostering a culture of engineering excellence.

• Decision Management: Navigate complex project hurdles with decisive action and effective conflict resolution, keeping high-profile builds on track and within budget.

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience: 10 years of progressive growth within the building construction and architectural engineering industry.

• Credentials: A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent professional experience.

• Technical Savvy: A deep mastery of regulatory codes and the ability to analyze sophisticated system designs.

• Leadership Style: A self-motivated "problem-solver" who can pivot quickly as project needs evolve without losing sight of the finer details.
