This position requires a senior estimator to read and interpret drawings, create estimates and bids, and present estimates to clients. In addition this person is responsible for working with a team to design -build electrical systems for Tenant Improvements and new construction for Manufacturing/Warehousing/Medical and larger commercial Construction (towers etc.).

What You Need for this Position
- 10 years experience as an electrical estimator
- Design/Build experience is a MUST for Commercial, warehouse, and Healthcare verticals
- must be well versed with Accubid
- Strong understanding and practical knowledge around electrical contracting business.
- Base range of 120K to 140K
- Bonus (5% of base paid every 6 months)
