Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring that all aspects of the project are taken into account to meet budget requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes and the ability to analyze costs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for various construction projects
- Analyze project blueprints and specifications to determine accurate costs
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information for estimates
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential cost implications
- Prepare and submit bid proposals to clients
- Utilize software estimation tools to improve accuracy and efficiency in cost estimation
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors for accurate pricing
- Tenant Build out of office, industrial
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and software estimation tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Strong negotiation skills and understanding of procurement processes
- Knowledge of risk assessment related to construction projects
- Familiarity with construction law and regulations

Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
