Key Responsibilities
- Compute costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements
- Prepare estimates by reviewing proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
- Present estimates with both numerical and descriptive detail
- Develop conceptual, schematic, and design budgets
- Perform detailed take-offs and apply unit pricing
- Review plans for accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with the Estimators and team
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with ground-up projects in the $10M–$25M range required
- Retail/restaurant project background strongly preferred (commercial office also considered)
- Strong background in commercial construction estimating
- Skilled at reading and analyzing blueprints, specifications, and contracts
- Solid knowledge of labor, material, and equipment costs
- Excellent communication skills with clients, subcontractors, and project teams
- Ability to manage multiple estimates under tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and value-engineering mindset
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and thorough
- Team player who thrives in a low-ego, collaborative environment
Salary : $45
