Scheduler

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler to manage and oversee the scheduling of aviation, transportation, and construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining project schedules, ensuring timely completion of deliverables while adhering to budgetary constraints. This role requires a strong understanding of Primavera and scheduling methodologies in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to gather necessary information for scheduling.
• Analyze project data to identify potential delays and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare cash flow reports and program level schedules for management review.
• Facilitate communication between teams regarding scheduling changes and updates.
• Assist in resource allocation and time management to optimize project efficiency.
• Create and maintain construction schedules that align with project milestones.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of scheduling/project controls experience on aviation, transportation or building construction projects.
• Bachelor's in engineering, architecture, construction management or other relevant field is required
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other scheduling software.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling methodologies and practices.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports related to project schedules.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in resource allocation and project controls.
