We're seeking a Sales Estimator / Project Manager to grow our client base, manage projects, and ensure excellent customer service. You'll estimate jobs, secure contracts, and oversee projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate and our CRM
- Manage projects and site visits
- Handle contracts and follow up on leads
- Communicate with customers, office staff, and field teams
- Maintain certifications and attend training
- Experience in abatement/remediation, or restoration is required
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Experience with Xactimate is preferred
- Excellent communication and time management
- Compensation: 65-95k base 7-10% commission
