We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales in both commercial and residential sectors, with a focus on roofing and waterproofing solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the roofing and construction industries.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in both commercial and residential markets.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes to clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the installation and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial and residential roofing products and waterproofing solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment.
- High school diploma required; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
