We're looking for an experienced and driven Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee projects from initiation through completion. • Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of commercial roofing projects ranging from small service jobs to large scale, multi million dollar builds.
• Conduct site assessments, take measurements, and gather all necessary information for accurate planning and estimating.
• Partner with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to secure resources and maintain alignment with project objectives.
• Track project progress using established tools and metrics, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety requirements.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the project.
• Offer technical guidance and support to field crews, ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and safety protocols.
• Keep thorough records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support, coach, and collaborate with team members to maintain a high performance culture.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or 3 years of field supervision experience.
• Solid background in roofing or general construction.
• Demonstrated success managing field operations and leading diverse teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer facing skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various conditions and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver's license required.
