What You Need for this Position
- In order to be successful in this role, you must have a JD degree and at least 5 years of experience in the legal field.
- You must have expertise in employment law, litigation, trial, and defense.
- Experience with Wage/Hour Class Action is a plus.
- Experience with PAGA representative action is a plus.
- Experience in proceedings before the labor commissioner, EEOC, and other governmental agencies.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent research and writing skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have strong communication and negotiation skills.
- $160,000-$200,000 DOE Annually.
