We are a leading global producer of printed circuit boards (PCBs). Our commitment to providing excellent customer service is seen in our willingness to assist clients in launching their goods. We have production facilities in Europe and Asia, and we have tech support and sales offices throughout North America. We offer Metal-Backed PCBs, Flex/Rigid-Flex, HDI, and high layer count rigid PCBs. Prototypes, Volume Production, and Quick Turn are all supported.
Position Overview
The Regional Territory Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth within a designated territory by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role focuses on promoting our PCB products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
$80-$120,000/year base salary, plus commission (realistic OTE $200K , uncapped)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven sales experience in the PCB industry
- Strong understanding of PCB products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
$80-$120,000/year base salary, plus commission (realistic OTE $200K , uncapped)
