Quality Control Manager

What You'll Do

• Direct all site quality control activities and manage inspection staff.
• Ensure compliance with ACI, ASTM, and applicable quality codes and standards.
• Oversee concrete quality processes, including formwork, rebar placement, concrete pours, curing, and testing.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols.
• Participate in training and certifications to stay current with industry best practices.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or related discipline and 8 years of relevant experience.
• OR 10 years of equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction practices (formwork, rebar, placing, curing).
• Quality assurance and inspection experience; certifications such as ACI Level II/III preferred.
• Familiarity with NRC regulations and DOE/DOD facility standards is a plus.
• Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively across all levels.
