What You'll Do
- Direct all site quality control activities and manage inspection staff.
- Ensure compliance with ACI, ASTM, and applicable quality codes and standards.
- Oversee concrete quality processes, including formwork, rebar placement, concrete pours, curing, and testing.
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols.
- Participate in training and certifications to stay current with industry best practices.
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or related discipline and 8 years of relevant experience.
- OR 10 years of equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of concrete construction practices (formwork, rebar, placing, curing).
- Quality assurance and inspection experience; certifications such as ACI Level II/III preferred.
- Familiarity with NRC regulations and DOE/DOD facility standards is a plus.
- Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively across all levels.
