Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Quality Control plans for USACE, NAVFAC, and EM 385-1-1 projects.
- Establish and maintain quality control procedures and standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that construction activities comply with applicable quality control standards.
- Perform root cause analysis and suggest corrective actions.
- Keep detailed records of all quality control activities.
- Document all non-conformance reports and ensure that corrective actions are taken.
- Manage and motivate quality control personnel.
- Provide guidance and training to personnel on the job site.
- Develop and implement Quality Management System (QMS) improvements.
- Ensure that all personnel are aware of and adhere to safety regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in Quality Control.
- Previous experience in the Federal Construction industry.
- QCM Certification.
- Knowledge of Quality Control fundamentals and Quality Management Systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
