Job Title: Quality Control Manager
Job Location: San Jose, CA
Base Salary: $100K-$140K
Requirements: 10 years of public works Quality Control experience with an emphasis on Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants

Position Overview:
The Quality Control Manager - Public Works is responsible for overseeing and managing the quality control processes within public works projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and specifications. This role is vital in maintaining the integrity of construction, wastewater treatment, and water quality initiatives, ultimately contributing to community health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for public works projects.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of construction and treatment processes to ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Lead training sessions for staff on quality control standards and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of quality control inspections, tests, and compliance reports.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on quality control matters and project statuses.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in quality control management within public works, construction, or wastewater treatment.
• Certification as a Quality Control Manager (QCM) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of water quality standards and wastewater treatment processes.
