Location: Onsite in Colorado Springs, CO

Salary: $65-70k base, plus uncapped commissions, First year OTE $90-100k 

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our B2B customer base and drive revenue for our HVAC products and services. This role focuses on cold calling, generating leads, and managing the sales cycle from prospecting to close. The ideal candidate combines strong cold-calling and lead-generation skills and proven business development experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities through in-person visits, cold calling, networking, and targeted outreach to commercial and industrial clients.
• Learn and understand HVAC maintenance and products to best advice clients.
• Research prospective client's organization and identify decision makers. 
• Build and maintain relationships with facility managers, contractors, building owners, and other decision-makers to drive HVAC product and service sales.
• Qualify leads, present tailored proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate contract terms to close deals and meet sales targets.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and update CRM with activities, forecasts, and customer information to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.

Qualifications

• 2 years of outside sales experience in B2B environments, preferably selling HVAC equipment, services, or technical solutions.
• Experience with outside sales and lead generation through cold calling (about 50 dials/day), presentations, and generating proposals. 
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong closing skills and experience in cold calling and lead generation.
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, terminology, and common customer pain points is highly desirable.
