We are one of the Nation's leading General Contractors in Multi-family construction. With offices all over the country and a regional presence, we are looking for a traveling Project Superintendent to join the team and start on one of our high density projects in Richmond, VA. What you will do:
- Multi-family new construction projects; Podiums, Wraps and Garden-style
- Lead projects from start to finish, manage site crews
- Ensure project completion on time and on budget
- Manage relationship with subcontractors
What you need:
- 5 years of Multi-family Construction experience
- Lead one Multi-family start to finish
- High School Diploma
- Able to travel

- Base ($145,000-$165,000) Project Bonus ($75k on low end)
