Project Manager/Senior Project Manager - K-12 | Higher Education

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee projects within the K-12 and Higher Education sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while meeting client expectations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple education-related projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines, and monitor progress against them.
• Ensure compliance with DSA (Division of the State Architect) regulations and other relevant standards.
• Utilize Revit and AutoCAD software to produce project documentation and designs.
• Prepare and present reports on project status, budget expenditures, and forecasts to stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and external partners.
• Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in K-12 and Higher Education settings.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, including Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of DSA requirements and regulatory compliance for education facilities.
• Certification as a Project Manager Professional (PMP) or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with AIA and NCARB standards and practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
