Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits
- Lead project meetings and facilitate communication between team members
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
- Proven experience in ground-up multifamily construction projects
- Strong knowledge of woodframe construction methods
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
