Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize multifamily construction projects according to specifications and deadlines
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment
- Manage project schedules and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct risk management assessments to minimize project risks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Lead project meetings and communicate updates to team members and stakeholders effectively
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on track
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the multifamily construction sector
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- $95,000 - $125,000 base salary (DOE)
- End of year discretionary bonus
- Any additional travel needed to project site will be covered by company
