- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and management.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all construction activities are carried out in accordance with local building codes and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of multi-family and wood-frame construction techniques.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
