We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee disaster restoration projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mitigation project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage disaster restoration projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans and timelines while ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to management and clients.
- Oversee the quality of work performed by subcontractors and staff.
- Proven experience in project management within the disaster restoration industry.
- Experience with mold remediation and fire restoration is a plus.
- Familiarity with Xactimate is a plus but not required.
- IICRC Certification is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage crews and projects effectively.
- Base Pay ($28/hr-$35/hr)
