Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and completing disaster restoration jobs.
- Performing and supervising production work.
- Responding to service calls.
- Establishing efficient job flow.
- Coordinating job requirements.
- Completing job documentation.
- Monitoring assigned jobs start to finish.
- At least 1 year of experience in disaster restoration.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in crew supervision is preferred.
- Knowledge of fire restoration and mold remediation practices is a plus.
- IICRC Certification is desirable but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Base Pay ($20/hr-$28/hr)
