Key Responsibilities
- Manage the project scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards.
- Coordinate with internal team members and external vendors and subcontractors.
- Provide onsite support to technicians.
- Complete all required documentation for losses.
- Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, adjustors and other third-party resources
- Writing estimates using Xactimate
- Proven experience running disaster restoration projects.
- Xactimate knowledge is preferred but not required.
- IICRC Certification is preferred but not required.
- Base Salary ($60K-$90K)
