Key Responsibilities
- Lead the project planning and scheduling process for custom homebuilding projects.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to establish project goals and timelines.
- Manage the budget by tracking project expenses and implementing cost-saving measures as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and address any concerns or changes needed.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and services required for the project.
- Resolve conflicts and issues that may arise during the construction process.
- Proven experience in project management within the custom homebuilding sector.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Experience in residential construction is a plus.

Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
