Position Overview
If you are looking to take your career to the next level with a top-ranked ENR contractor recognized as a leader in concrete construction we are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Concrete to oversee and manage all phases of our commercial concrete construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage concrete construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality control and safety compliance.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure adherence to ACI standards and local building codes.
• Manage mix design and quality control processes for concrete projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the concrete industry.
• Proven experience with Tilt-up Construction and Cast-In-Place Concrete.
• Strong knowledge of mix design and quality control.
• Experience in Heavy Civil Concrete projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Certification as a Concrete Project Manager is a plus.
• Familiarity with ACI Standards, ACI 318, Post-Tension Slabs, and Formwork Planning is desirable.
