What You Will Be Doing
- The role will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery, from start through completion.
- The ideal candidate will have 5-15 years' construction PM/field experience. They will be responsible for Pre-construction/ Design/ Planning.
- Previous experience with project documents, including submittals, RFI's, change orders, invoices and payments, lien releases, etc
- Previous experience in scheduling, coordination and management of all Owner-direct vendors, consultants.
- Formal Project Management methods
- Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelors Degree in field is preferred

Salary : $95,000 - $120,000
