What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator/Project Manager position at CyberCoders?

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Management team in coordinating technical and commercial project activities
- Serve as a customer-facing communication liaison
- Track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables; escalate risks impacting cost or timeline
- Coordinate preparation and internal approval of engineering deliverables (drawings, calculations, BOMs, reports, O&M manuals, close-out documentation)
- Maintain project schedules (MS Project) and assist with cost tracking
- Attend weekly meetings, prepare minutes, and issue status reports
- Support procurement team with Purchase orders, logistics and material handling.
Qualifications
- BS Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Process, or Industrial Engineering
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Office, Teams, and ERP/CRM systems
- PMP certification is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of supporting software: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
- Strong ability to communicate with teammates on project blockers, updates on assignments, and overall responsiveness via email and MS Teams
- Appreciation for business demands and an understanding of manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication skills, Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand English.
