Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely while maintaining quality standards and meeting production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain product integrity.
• Develop and execute production plans to meet output targets and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all employees.
• Lead and motivate production teams to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for timely materials procurement.
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Utilize workforce management tools such as ADP to manage staff schedules and labor costs.
• Prepare reports and analyze production data using Excel for management review.
• Oversee the management of temporary labor resources and ensure they are trained and compliant with company standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and safety regulations.
• Demonstrated ability in production planning and inventory management.
• Exceptional team leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with workforce management systems and ADP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Must be able to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
