Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage mechanical construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage project budgets, including forecasting and reporting on expenditures.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in mechanical construction.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and construction processes.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
