Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate material and labor take-offs from blueprints and specifications.
- Develop cost estimates and proposals that clearly outline scope and pricing.
- Manage awarded projects, coordinating with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Oversee material procurement, budgets, and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with quality, energy efficiency, and safety standards.
- Solid understanding of mechanical insulation (pipes, ducts, HVAC, plumbing systems).
- Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- 3 years of experience in estimating/project management preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field a plus.
- Type: Full-Time.
