Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Plumbing Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate plumbing estimates for various projects, including commercial, multifamily, and industrial applications. The estimator will work closely with project managers and clients to ensure all aspects of plumbing and piping systems are accounted for, enabling successful project execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine plumbing requirements and develop accurate estimates.
• Conduct takeoff processes to quantify materials, labor, and other costs associated with plumbing installations.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to clarify project scope and requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for plumbing projects, ensuring all components are included.
• Analyze historical data to validate estimates and improve future bidding accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of plumbing codes, industry standards, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a plumbing estimator or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, piping, and industrial systems.
• Experience with commercial and multifamily plumbing projects.
• Proficiency in takeoff and estimating software.
