We are a growing plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Utah seeking an experienced attorney to join our team. We fight for injured clients and their families, and we're looking for a skilled litigator who shares our passion for advocacy and results.
What You'll Do
Represent plaintiffs in personal injury cases (auto accidents, premises liability, workplace injuries, etc.)
Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trials
Negotiate with defense counsel and insurance companies to achieve strong outcomes for clients
Work closely with clients to provide clear, compassionate guidance
What We're Looking For
Licensed attorney in Utah, in good standing
3 years of litigation experience (personal injury strongly preferred)
Proven ability to manage cases from intake through resolution
Strong courtroom, negotiation, and writing skills
Client-focused, driven, and motivated to achieve justice

Salary : $120,000 - $175,000
